Delegates interested in registration as Plenary, Invited, Session Speakers or Poster Presenters are requested to submit their abstracts for review before registration. Please send your abstract to info@biotechworldcongress.com or mahmood@biotechworldcongress.com for evaluation by the Advisory Board.
Instructions for Registrants:
All Nobel Laureates, Plenary and Keynote speakers – will be registered by the Organizing Secretariat.
All Invited Speakers, Session Speakers, Poster Presenters and other participants will be required to pay the registration fee as indicated in Fee Structure. Registrants from hospitals, universities and other educational institutions will fall in the 'Academic' category. While those from the pharmaceutical companies, etc. will be enrolled in the 'Corporate' category.
Students – Students from academia may also register at a preferential student rate, provided, a copy of their student status/ID is submitted along with their registration form.
Exhibitors – Each exhibiting company is entitled to one free exhibiting staff pass. They will be registered as 'Exhibitor Complimentary'. Any additional exhibitor registrations will be registered as 'Exhibitor Additional'.
Accompanying Persons – may register through the registration category (Academic or Corporate) of the principal applicant. They will have access to all facilities availed by the principal applicant as well as special tours.

Eureka Science Ltd. is hosting the 3rd Biotechnology World Congress. Eureka Science Ltd. in its sole discretion at any time, reserves the right to postpone or cancel (in full or in part) any or all of the Conference and/or modify the list of speakers at the Conference. Where Eureka Science Ltd. cancels the Conference in full, it shall refund a maximum of seventy-five percent (75%) of the registration monies paid by you or the venue to attend or exhibit at the Conference.
Notwithstanding the above, in no event shall Eureka Science Ltd. or any of its partners, officers, employees, agents or affiliates be liable, directly or indirectly, under any theory of law (contract, tort, negligence or otherwise), to you or anyone else, for any claims, losses or damages, direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential, resulting from or occasioned by its right to postpone or cancel the Conference or modification to the list speakers at the Conference.
